Hahaha. Chibi, again. 
Well, the background is of course a blurred picture of their battle field before Itachi died. T_T XD And their clan logo 
Itachi has his Sharingan while Sasuke has Mangekyou o_O (It looks like pink because the first one I did was wrong so I used correction pen to repeat it. >.<)
Drawing is traditional (oil pastels and colored pencil, G-Tec 0.4, pencil XD), editing of the background, SAI.
